Warranty

30 DAY WARRANTY ON GEAR

SOFA products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. SOFA makes no other express warranties or guarantees.

Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (30) days in duration. SOFA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your SOFA product contains a defect, you may send the product to SOFA for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at SOFA’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by SOFA’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty. Goods intended for sale internationally are not intended for repurchase within the USA, and the warranty is void.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM?

Your email should include the following:
– A description of the issue and how it happened.
– An image of the issue.
– The receipt for the order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from Sofabrandmx.com for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, inner lining intact on pants. The customer will be responsible for shipping associated with gear being returned back to SOFA.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected by Sofa’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Also, please include your return authorization number on the outside of your box, or it will be refused.

EXCHANGES

Please email customercare@sofabrandmx.com with your order details and exchange requests. Title Email: (Order #, Exchange). In order to process exchanges, the customer must send the gear back to SOFA, and place a new order for the needed products. We will refund the customer for the unwanted products returned to SOFA, under the terms provided in the section above, “processing returns”.
